Mark Gossman – CEO/Managing Broker Mark Gossman currently holds the position of Chieft Executive Officer and Managing Broker for Commercial Equity Partners. He began his real estate career in 1987 working in the areas of property management and leasing for a privately held investment real estate company located in St. Paul, Minnesota. Over the past 20 years, Mark has been involved with many areas of the real estate industry, including residential construction and development, multi-family residential building management, commercial office and retail development, acquisition and management. He is licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Minnesota and is currently a candidate in the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) program. Mark's interest in aviation prompted him to obtain his private pilot license in 1997. He is also an avid supporter of his community by actively participating in many community events. (Well, mainly as many charitable golf outings as he can fit in a season!) In 2008, Mark is launching a newly formed non-profit organization called WoodburyWorks.org in order to further promote Woodbury, Minnesota as an ideal location to start or relocate a business in the Twin Cities metro area. Patrick Robinson – CFO Patrick Robinson joined Commercial Equity Partners in 2005 and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 16 years experience working in finance and real estate. From 1991 to 1998 Patrick held financial analyst positions at National Car Rental, The Musicland Group and American Express. He progressed to the Financial Controller position while at Northwest Airlines and its regional airline Mesaba between 1998 ad 2005. During that time, Patrick’s focus was evaluating and negotiating large aircraft related capital purchases, service contracts and labor contracts. Additionally as a Commercial rated pilot, Patrick became First Officer qualified on the RJ85 regional jet. At Commercial Equity Partners, Patrick manages the finance, human resource and IT functions. He earned Finance and MBA degrees at Auburn University in 1989 and 1991 respectively and holds a real estate license. Bill Knutson – Vice President of Healthcare Properties Mr. Knutson leads Commercial Equity Partners Healthcare Properties division providing strategic and operational consultation and development services to healthcare organizations. With 30 years in healthcare management, Mr. Knutson specializes in providing opportunities to improve our client’s strategic position by blending services, location and physician practices. Prior to joining Commercial Equity Partners, Mr. Knutson spent most of his career as a senior executive with the Healtheast system in Minnesota. A major part of the formation of Healtheast was the consolidation of six acute care hospitals. After the stress of consolidation passed, the Hospital Mr. Knutson was CEO of received the Modern Healthcare “Top 100 Hospitals “award for productivity, quality and profitability. Mr. Knutson’s most recent and current projects include: development of a geriatric clinic, strategic planning and ongoing coaching for a large Neurology group, physician joint venture with a hospital Neuroscience Institute, developing an imaging center within a 70 member physician group; creating a Parkinson’s’ clinic with three health systems providing shared services. Mick Schultz – Project Manager Mick came to Commercial Equity Partners in 2005 and holds the position of Project Manager. He has gained more than 14 years of experience while working in the engineering and construction fields. From 1994 to 1999, he held a position at a consulting structural engineering firm as an engineering technician. During that time one of Mick’s specialties was to provide project management and technical expertise on the installation of Sony JumboTron Scoreboards in several stadiums throughout the United States. From 1999 to 2005 Mick was employed as a project manager with a design/build general contracting firm where he worked on many successful projects. At Commercial Equity Partners, Mick manages all aspects of construction project management from project inception to completion as well as ongoing building operations. Mick has an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Design. He resides in Lakeville with his wife and son. mick.schultz@cepcompanies.com

Bridgette Anderson – Property Manager Bridgette Anderson joined the Commercial Equity Partners team in 2006 and is currently working in property management. She has been working in real estate and finance since 1989. In addition to developing expertise and excellence in accounting, she has acquired additional experience and success in many other facets of the real estate business, including new home sales with D.R. Horton, management, financing, marketing and operations, gaining her Real Estate License and notable customer service achievements along the way. She is currently continuing her education to earn her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation. Some of her other duties with Commercial Equity Partners includes human resource administration and accounting functions. Bridgette lives with her four boys in Hastings.
